MAT PILATES- Traditional
A traditional Mat Pilates class with no props, building on the fundamental Pilates movements. A 60 minute full body class , with exercise modification, regressions and progressions for any stage of fitness.
MAT PILATES - Ball
Stepping up from the fundamentals with the addition of Fitballs to amp up your Pilates routine.
MAT PILATES - Bands & Sliders
Taking your mat Pilates to the next level with the addition of bands and sliders! Oooh the burn!
HIIT45
A 45 minute HIIT session to round out your week and have you heading into the weekend on FIRE.
BODY BURN
A bit of a deceiving name, Body Burn is suited to those who may be new or returning to fitness, rehabbing an injury, or nudging the golden era of life. Body Burn focuses on bodyweight and light weighted exercise
LOWER BODY
A class using weighted movements, focusing on building strength in your glutes, quads, hammy's, hips and calves.
UPPER BODY
A class using weighted movements, focusing on building strength in your arms, chest and upper back.
FUNCTIONAL FITNESS
A full body class designed to strengthen you in functional, daily life movement patterns.
FULL BODY STRENGTH

A circuit-based class, using the inside gym equipment, focusing on heavier weights, less reps, to drill into some serious full body toning and shaping!
