The CWC Gym is where you'll find our community members of all abilities coming together with the same goal; to get strong and feel amazing in their bodies, and have a great time doing it.
No matter your fitness level, our aim is to provide a fun-filled, judgement-free space where you can feel comfortable improving your strength and fitness.
We offer personal training, group fitness classes, and open gym access.
Below is a breakdown of what happens when.
OPEN GYM
6:30am - 4:30pm | Monday, Wednesday, Friday
11:00am - 8:30pm | Tuesday, Thursday
9:30am - 12pm | Saturday
GROUP FITNESS
4:30pm - 6:30pm | Monday, Wednesday Friday 6:30am - 11:00am | Tuesday, Thursday
6:30am - 9:30am | Saturday

Kellie is a certified Fitness Trainer, and is currently finalising her accreditation as a Level 1 Strength & Conditioning Coach with ASCA, and has her Level 3 Strength System International certification. Kellie is also studying Cert IV in Sports Nutrition, and is passionate about people feeling AMAZING in their bodies through a full circle approach to wellness.

Sam is an active mum of four,
who holds Cert III and Cert IV in Fitness. You'll find Sam running several group fitness classes each week, and working with personal training clients to reach their fitness goals at The CWC.

Jane is our resident Mat Pilates instructor, and also holds her Cartificates III & IV fitness and personal training certifications. Jane is passionate about the intricacies of the human body, slow living and nature.

James holds his Cert III & IV in Fitness, a Level 1 Nutrition Coach and has competed professionally in boxing, Muay Thai and MMA.
James is our head Nutrition Coach, and he brings a love of a functionally strong and capable body to his work, in group sessions and personal training.

Alex is a keen lifter who has recently completed his Cert III in Fitness. You'll find Alex shadowing James on a Saturday morning in The Gym.
The gym floor is manned right through our opening hours from 6:30am on open gym mornings, ensuring someone is always on hand to spot, chat with, or witness your PB for the board!
If group fitness isn't your jam, you have the flexibility to come in and just do your thing!

Coach Jane also offers pilates personal training, drilling down into your specific areas of interest. Think postpartum, rehabilitation and return to movement.

Our instructors' training flavours are as varied as our lineup, and we all hold creative licence over our own class programming. Each instructor's classes are fully theirs, and this allows their joy and passion flow through to the clients.
